No Shows: If you do not meet your chauffeur at the designated pickup location and fail to inform us, it will be considered a "no show" and no refund will be issued.

Damages: Any damages caused to the vehicle by the passenger(s) during the journey will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Lost Items: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please ensure you have all your belongings before exiting.
